The owner and founder of Pelsall Windows, who had the vision to setup up the company back in 1989. Terry primarily deals with the day to day running of the company as well as personally surveying each and every job. In keeping with the traditional values of the company he is often available to speak to our customers.
Matt
Design consultant
Matt is your first point of contact for domestic property enquiries. With close to 20 years’ experience in the home improvement industry he will be happy to discuss any requirements and design ideas that you have. He will also be there to help you through every step of the process from initial enquiry to the day of fitting.
Amy
Design consultant
Assisting Matt, Amy is our friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable consultant for our domestic clients. Eager to ensure that you get the best value for money for your home she will be happy to talk to you about our fantastic products and assist you from initial consultation to fitting.

Coordinating our skilled fitting team, Mark is available to help with any technical and logistical issues you need to talk to us about.
