Matt and Amy were great. They spent time explaining the pros and cons of having certain type of windows for our property. No hard selling, very professional, yet friendly in their approach. The whole team were great from start to finish. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thanks Pelsall Windows for doing such a lovely job with great quality windows!

Excellent and friendly service and our new windows look absolutely fabulous. Amy was very helpful in helping us achieve our desired look. The quotation was comprehensive and easy to follow. All our questions were answered and we felt confident with proceeding with the work. Installation was quicker than I expected and the team were very respectful of our property. I’ve already recommended Pelsall Windows to a friend, and would be happy to use them again.

We have just had a new front door fitted by the exceptionally talented Pelsall Windows & Glass Ltd. From the minute Amy arrived at our home we felt we were in safe hands. We trusted Amy and her team to get the job done in a timely manner and boy did they deliver. Amy's vision helped us to decide which door was right for us. She knew her products inside out and the colour we chose matched our property perfectly. Much to Amy's delight! Everything Amy promised us was completed by her brilliant team of fitters who were hard working, polite and totally professional. They ensured the worked was carried out efficiently and effectively. Taking care to ensure all the mess was cleared and taken away with them. The finished product has totally exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend Pelsall Windows to anyone in the future. Many thanks to you all. Dave and Jackie Wilks.

The initial contact was with an ad hoc sales person on Cannock Market. He arranged for a follow up visit by Ami which took place within two days. She professionally out lined what their products were but also suggested a possible alternate to what I suggested and explained the benefits. We took her advice and have had our conservatory windows replaced together with a lounge patio door. Both have exceeded my hopes and were fitted quickly, efficiently with no mess. I can recommend this firm without resovation baased on our experiences.

Pelsall Windows built a Conservatory for my wife Jan when she lived in Willenhall 18 years ago and replaced windows with double glazed units, she was really pleased with the results. 10 years ago in Bloxwich Jan and I had Pelsall Windows to build a Conservatory, excellent job, competitively priced and no issues, friendly workman, clean and efficient did a superb job, so last year we had them back again at our new home in Hednesford, once again, brilliant job, can't fault the workmanship or quality of product, would recommend them without hesitation.
